"How best can I serve my clients?" Derek Kaiser always keeps this question in mind when he's working, which is why his business has always been more about service than selling. In 2012, his hard work was honored by Royal LePage with the Diamond Award, putting him in the top 3% of Royal LePage sales people. During this time, he also obtained his Broker License, became a member of the Commercial Division of the Toronto Real Estate Board, as well as an Accredited Buyer's Representative. He also has access to the National Association of Green Agents and Brokers (NAGAB), a non- profit organization with the goal of developing a nationally recognized green real estate home-rating system.

Derek not only has more than a decade of professional experience, he also has personal experience with real estate. Aside from owning his home, he has also personally navigated residential investment, a recreational property purchase, and two commercial business purchases – The Emmet Ray and The Dock Ellis, two bars he owns with his brother in the city's west end.
